Hello. My name is Farley. I have had decades of contact with Brazilian Portuguese which is my second language; my first language is North American English.
I am a graduate of Georgetown University in Washington, D.C., (B.S. Languages & Linguistics), with a certificate in translation for Portuguese into English from Georgetown and a certificate in translation for English into Portuguese from Daniel Brilhante de Brito in Rio de Janeiro. I also have a certificate in TEFL (Teaching English as a Foreign Language).
I live in Brazil and can speak my second language, Brazilian Portuguese, fluently. I have been a student of Brazilian Portuguese for close to 50 years. I have been teaching English now for over 7 years and I love to talk to students from all over the world. Everyone is different, as is each culture.
